  • In person at the surgery
  • By telephone on 01287 640385
  • By using our auto-appointment system via the link above

Routine Appointments

We aim to ensure that you do not have to wait for more than two working days when booking routine appointments.

We will do our very best to accommodate your choice of appointment time and preferred clinician, however, this isn’t always possible at short notice. The more time you are able to give us, the more likely it is that you will see your preferred doctor, or nurse, at a time and date that best suits you.

Telephone Appointments

In certain circumstances it might be appropriate or convenient for you to arrange a telephone consultation, especially if you are finding it difficult to get to the surgery during our normal opening hours. Please discuss this option with the receptionist and we will do our best to accommodate. Telephone consultations typically occur during morning surgery times.

Urgent Appointments

An urgent condition is one that cannot be reasonably expected to wait until the next routine appointment. If you believe your condition to be urgent, please inform the reception staff who will ensure that you get to speak to a doctor that same day.

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else. Each week approximately 25 patients do not turn up for their appointments resulting in all others having to wait longer for appointments. Patients who repeatedly fail to attend appointments may be asked to find another doctor.
